We cannot help with bookings
We are an independent guide, not a tour operator or travel agency. We cannot make, change or cancel a booking on your behalf, and we have no access to your reservation.
If you have booked a tour or ticket through GetYourGuide, contact GetYourGuide customer service using the booking reference in your confirmation email. For hotels booked through Trip.com, use the Trip.com help centre. Both operate 24 hours a day and can resolve things far faster than we can.
